Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Strategic Communication Project Lead to join our team in Ft. Meade, MD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing direct day-to-day operational support to senior leadership within an agency program office. The role requires a flexible approach to adjust support functions based on real-time shifts in requirements.
  • Anticipating daily operational needs of executive team through functional knowledge and awareness of critical program milestones and priorities through proactive and consistent outreach.
  • Facilitating information exchange and decision-making process among executive team.
  • Defining and drafting strategic priorities and measures of success at the agency services and center levels. Defining near and long term-objectives, identifying gaps and developing a strategic approach forward.
  • Developing slick sheets, program marketing materials, and defining programmatic performance metrics to convey the reach and impact of agency services.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for agency, center, and services executive level taskings. Developing, coordinating, and submitting data calls and responses as required.
  • Drafting executive level white papers, briefings, and talking points for internal and external audiences. Coordinating legal and public affairs review of documentation and content for interviews and speaking engagements. ​

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Department of Defense Interim Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
