Purpose of Role
We are entering the next chapter of our marketing digital acceleration and own media (all the consumer touch points that our brands rightfully owns) will play a key part as we look to deliver personal experiences on 100s of our web sites, converse more with consumers on a 1-1 basis via modernized CRM and single consumer records.

The Associate Director (Head of) IBS own digital media solutions and services will bring global leadership experience of people, partners and service to propel us in the consumer centricity phase of our marketing activation plans.

She/he will set up and roll out our industry leading global web production, optimisation and operation model through a few strategic partners and deploy the consumer data platforms we have been incubating to ensure Best in Class experiences for our consumers and ROI for our brands.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production and optimization of all our brand web sites ( >100) by managing our global web partner.
  • Set up, transition to and run the global web experience service with the selected web experience partner and migrate/ transform ALL brand and DTC web sites across the globe.
  • Develop the partner ecosystem and technology architecture for optimum activation from consumer data collection, management and analysis.
  • Turn existing early adopter markets ( US, China, India, UK, France) into ongoing consumer centric powerhouse. Define and build global design and agency ecosystem for the consumer data spine ( CDP/ CRM/ consumer ID)and bring next wave of BUs onboard
  • Promote and drive adoption across MDLZ marketing director community of the value at stake generated from all components of own media ( Web, CRM, CDP, Own social)
  • Establish the contribution of own media to marketing ROI alongside the global insight team
  • Working in close partnership with the global media CoE leads, define and evolve the own media digital marketing strategy & playbooks to ensure MDLZ develop the necessary capability.
  • As a by-product of the strategy, define, justify, run and embed in new services the projects required (new immersive and augmentation tech on web sites, apps, privacy solutions etc)
