You are:

A   Performance-driven Leader who can provide ongoing support to our PB China / APAC team by identifying recurring issues and developing and implementing solutions to those issues through process optimization regarding sales, marketing, customer service, operation, finance and admin area. You are a Forward thinking   individual who will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution by driving international sales and increasing the overall performance of e-business in China / APAC region. You see opportunities where others see challenges.

You will:

 

  • Act as coordinator and problem solver for our China team’s daily operation with the purpose to improve the team’s effectiveness and efficiency
  • Work closely with our MD, China, the business operations manager will oversee the current team’s activities, identify opportunities for improvement, perform data collection, analysis, develop action plan and monitor all undertake corrective action when necessary
  • Collaborate internally with our Product, Operations, Professional Services, Marketing, Customer Support, and HR teams to identify best practices that can be rolled out across all our clients, as well as transfer best practices internally including training of our team
  • Maintain and improve the team’s operational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Drive and Support growth of the team
  • Improve overall effectiveness in delivering our services to our clients

Qualifications

As a Business Operations Manager, you have:

 

  • At minimum of 5 years proven cross functional experience, in an e-commerce retail, marketplace or logistics service consolidator environment
  • Operational related experience in e-commerce or logistics highly preferred
  • Product manager experience in e-commerce or logistics preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Broad understanding of e-commerce and the following specialties; International / Cross-border e-commerce Technology/Shipping/Logistics Strategies
  • Experience of successfully developing and achieving sign-off on Business Cases
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Works to deadlines and thrives under pressure
  • Strong analytical, assessment and problem-solving skills
  • Strong working knowledge of written and spoken English
