Job Description
Do you want to use your manufacturing skills to make an impact on the healthcare of others? The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing the implementation and maintenance of bottle opening, production, and printing related standard operating procedures and work instructions. You will also work closely with quality groups to ensure strict compliance with good manufacturing practices guidelines. The Production Supervisor prepares documentation, reports, and procedures. You will ensure the effective use of materials, equipment, and employees in producing quality products. This includes selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform investigations and associated documentation required for CAPA program.
• Periodic review of logs, batch records, and other required documentation to ensure compliance.
• Scheduling of activities and personnel in accordance with Master Schedule and internal requirements.
• Monitor printing and production supply inventory and request procurement.
• Participate in validating process of equipment.
• Ensure departmental training is maintained in a complaint state.
• Development of performance metrics. Responsible for maintaining proficiency for Production, Printing, and Bottle Opening Supervisor responsibilities as assigned.
• Ability to perform at or above established productivity standards.
• Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA, FDA, OSHA, and EPA.
• Time-keeping and attendance administrative duties.

The schedule for this opportunity is Monday – Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm. You must be available to work some Fridays, if needed.

You must be within a commutable distance of, and have reliable transportation to our Glasgow, KY location.

Required Qualifications
2+ years supervisory work experience

Preferred Qualifications
• 4 years supervisory work experience or 7+ years internal production experience
• Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
