Analyzes equipment inventory management and expenditures; ensures data integrity of the CMMS system; tracks and trends equipment repair and preventive maintenance. Provides budget and expense analyses. Manages service agreements and renewals. Provides overall department administrative support as needed. Salary Range: Minimum Midpoint Maximum Hourly Rate $21.982759 $33.572797 $45.019157 Required Qualifications: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Bachelor's Degree in Business or related area or 5 years of relevant education and experience in a hospital setting Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Knowledge of basic Accounting Principles Prior experience in Purchasing function Working knowledge of the Medical Equipment Management System Demonstrated excellent data entry skills Understanding and previous experience maintaining multiple alpha and numeric filing systems.
