Raytheon Professional Services is seeking a highly motivated Training Project Manager. The successful candidate will support the internal Six Sigma talent development program for a Fortune 100 Company, and must possess the ability to lead and support aspects of the program including: course development, implementation, budget, schedule, deliverables, and customer relationship. This position requires a high level of leadership and customer interface within all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage course development, implementation, budget, schedule, deliverables, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate and/or lead future state directional teams setting the requirements for the future of the Six Sigma program
  • Support Success Factors LMS including course content, course loading, testing and resolution
  • Experience with implementation of a new LMS (Workday preferred)
  • Experience with a company-wide Operating System and Continuous Improvement process
  • Develop and maintain an excellent customer relationship through partnering, consulting, and thought leadership
  • Participate in capture/proposal teams
  • Lead continuous improvement/change efforts
  • Facilitate workflow and ensure compliance with Raytheon policies and procedures.
  • Supporting meaningful business growth within the program
  • Travel may be required
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 6 years of previous project management experience required, along with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing training development and implementation
  • Experience in the learning/talent development industry
  • Ability to work cross functional in support of multiple facets of the training program
  • Innovative mindset with experience generating cutting edge adult learning solutions and approaches
  • Strategic planning and implementation, critical thinking and presentation skills
  • Ability to use a system level approach including integration and leveraging of resources
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, to include Project
  • Capacity to apply a change management process and resources to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Demonstrated capability to influence without authority, in a matrixed organization
Desired Skills:
  • Experience managing commercial, government, and military programs
  • Previous experience in managing companywide strategic programs
  • Support of an LMS system, Success Factors and/or Workday preferred
  • Understanding of the UTC ACE program
  • Military experience
  • Six Sigma background
  • Six Sigma and/or PMP certification
  • Experience with SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Tech Savvy
Required Education:
  • Bachelor___s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent required.
  • Eight years of related professional experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor___s degree.
