Senior Associate Consultant

**Job Description:**

Cerner is growing! As a Revenue Cycle Senior Associate Consultant on our Continuum of Care team you will consult with clients on service line workflow and guide them through inter-dependencies and design decisions. You will provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders, drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients. You will also mitigate solution risks and issues, execute workflow and process improvement strategies, lead client meetings and events and drive internal team initiatives.

The Senior Associate Consultant position is a part of the strategic business unit org. This Consultant will be responsible for implementing Revenue Cycle solutions within the shared Continuum domain. We are glad you are considering joining our team and making your impact on health and care!

**Qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

+ At least 1 year of software implementation work experience

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ At least 2 years of health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or support work experience

+ Experience in Registration and/or Scheduling or HIM or Patient Accounts and/or Charge Services

+ Experience using Cerner Practice Management (CPM), Anasazi Revenue Cycle or AmeraCare revenue cycle solutions

**Expectations**

+ Willing to travel up to 80% as needed

+ Must be willing to work in Kansas City, MO or New Concord, OH office for all of the teams; or live within 60 miles of an approved virtual city
