Position Title: Visiting Assistant Professor, Mathematics Posting Number: F2000118 Employer: State FTE: 1.00 Position Summary: The Department of Mathematics, University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, anticipates the appointment of two non-tenure-track visiting assistant professors, effective August 2021. The academic-year (10-month) positions are for two years without further reappointment and are intended for new or recent PhDs with outstanding potential in research and excellent teaching. The expected teaching load is one course per semester. Preference will be given to researchers who can work closely with one or more of our faculty members, and applicants are encouraged to specify with whom they would like to work.
