We are looking for a Client Services Senior Manager to join our Claim Readiness team within our Technology Enabled Services division. Your job will be to lead the teams responsible for supporting client requirements or issues with the billing rules engine.

The Team: OurClaim Readinessteameliminatesthe administrative burden associated with medical billing and ensuresour clients'cash flow byenabling the creation ofaccurateinsurance claims withminimalclientwork.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure that clients receive excellent service and results on their issues and requests submitted through the case process
  • Set quantitative and qualitative goals for the team, and develop and utilize key performance indicators to manage to defined objectives.
  • Lead your team, including people managers with up to 10 direct reports each, driving alignment and achievement across the team.

Typical Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of professional experience, including 4+ years of team leadership
  • Experience managing with and to operational metrics
  • Experience with process, workflow, and role design
  • Leadership of multi-thread, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle is extremely valuable
  • Experience transitioning work to AHI or working with AHI partners is valuable
