Customer Onboarding & Business Process Manager

Job Description:

As an integral member of the global customer onboarding and business process team, the Customer Onboarding & Business Process Manager will help enable customer experience through ensuring a disciplined set up and delivery of products & services through a project management approach.  In addition to ensuring effective onboardings of new customers, equally important will be driving continuous improvement projects to enhance business processes and systems to ensure sustainable execution for existing customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designs, maintains and implements effective & efficient business processes utilizing their subject matter expertise in Arrows End to End business processes, systems and process improvement methodology. With the extended business team (executive sponsor, managers & super users) ensure we deliver and sustain effective process consistency, excellence and adoption to support business strategies and goals. Promotes a process driven ethos and continuous improvement mindset.

  • Leads customer onboardings when needed and participates in projects as functional expert

  • Works and contributes to projects primarily in core areas of expertise interfacing with other functions in concert with the customer

  • Prepares and or contributes to business case documents, and requirement documents where System enhancements or developments are required

  • Identifies and facilitates process improvement efforts with business owners

  • Works with other process team members to identify and optimize global linkage and alignment on changes and implementation of processes

  • Defines & monitors end-to-end process metrics to identify performance issues and then drives resolution with business owners

What We're Looking For

  • 8–12 years of related experience in Business Process Management, Process Improvement/Adoption, Operations, or combination

  • 10–15 years of professional experience in Supply Chain / Operations with a 4 year degree; or 5-10 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience

  • Experience supporting both the IT and business functions as it relates to system enhancements and global alignment

  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions using industry standard systems and process improvement methodologies.

  • Lean six sigma training and/or formal external certification preferred

  • Prior experience as a Project Manager and PMP certification preferred

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
