You will support the service team in the design, development and implementation of Honeywell's enterprise Internet of Things (IOT) core platform services.

The IT Manager role will be responsible for Salesforce project development and support.

Key responsibilities

·         End to end responsibility of Salesforce DevOps

·         Collaborate with other groups like Architects, Business Partners, Business Analysts

·         Work with the functions and SBG’s to understand the requirements and priorities

·         Ensure IT systems and applications meet the requirements of the businesses and their processes

·         Partner with project teams to ensure adherence to common process and definition of new processes

·         Establish and meet Service & Incident SLAs

Must have:

·         12 years of IT experience with minimum of 5 years salesforce work experience

·         Managed a team of 10 or more people.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Should have:

·         Experience in DevOps

·         Domain knowledge in Field Service

·         Should be able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders across multiple functions at Honeywell.

·         Proven ability to work in a self-directed manner

·         Able to set priorities and remain flexible in a changing environment.

·         Builds relationships with and gains the trust of customers by always meeting commitments.

·         Acts with a sense of urgency, a bias for action and speed

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
