Contracts Specialist - SLED

Job Description:

immixGroup has a full-time opportunity for a Contracts Specialist with a focus on SLED.  This position will be a part of our Programs Team where you will have the opportunity to apply yourself as the subject matter expert on a number of immixGroup’s contract vehicles.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Administer day-to-day activities including contract modifications, renewals, extensions, reporting and compliance associated with maintaining and administering current state, local and education (SLED) contracts
  • Track contract sales and timely and accurately report and pay contract administration fees 
  • Become an SME on features and functionality of SLED contracts to help educate Sales, suppliers, and resellers
  • Establish productive relationships with state and local contracting and purchasing offices
  • Review quotes and orders to ensure compliance with contract terms and immixGroup policy
  • Administer the review, preparation, and processing of client pricelist updates / refreshes in coordination with the immixGroup and client sales teams
  • Assist in managing supplier/OEM and/or customer relationships
  • Prepare monthly metrics reports for management summarizing contract and compliance activities
  • Assist other team members with tasks related to SLED or federal contracts.

What We Are Looking For:

  • BA/BS degree or four years of military experience 
  • 1-2 years of federal or SLED contract administration and/or sales experience
  • 2+ years of federal or SLED contract administration experience can substitute in lieu of a degree or military experience
  • US Person (citizen, green card holder or granted asylum)

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$58,500.00 - $71,500.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
