Develop, inspire and engage the long term strategic vision for the Fall Protection
Be a champion of the message and storytelling that will drive overall Fall Protection product differentiation, Educate & train customer facing organization to build interest in our products and solutions
Develop robust product plans to deliver outstanding financial outcomes
Support, manage and direct all of the product marketing activities
Responsible for product forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis. 
Develop pricing and promotion strategies in the region that drive demand and conversion the market
Work alongside Channel & Marcom to build robust marketing plans to drive sell out activities for the portfolio.
Create and execute a strong Go to Market and Commercialization plan for the assigned offerings
Support the transformation projects to drive profitability and ease of doing business.
Integrate inputs to develop distinctive marketing plans using financial data , VOC, research and analysis and track and trend offering profitability and progress
Lead implementation of value pricing for offerings
Work effectively with senior leadership acting as an advisor and change agent
Manage, coach, evaluate and develop talent, and hold team members to high standard
Drive continuous improvement and seek ways to do things better, faster and more efficiently

Education / Qualifications MBA
Experience Minimum 6 years of sales & marketing experience with demonstrable marketing knowledge and track record in industrial Safety Business
Candidate with prior experience in Fall Protection preferred
Professional Skills / Knowledge Preferably have multinational experience: ability to effectively manage in matrix organization and across the functions and countries
Preferably have the cross-cultural people management experience: ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve goals
Demonstrated success in integrated marketing plan development (linking products, channels/customers and revenue goals)
