An opportunity to join the Liability Management Group as a full-time Analyst based in New York, New York. Liability Management (LM) sits within the Capital Markets & Advisory (CM&A) practice of Credit Suisse’s Investment Bank (IB). The team is responsible for advising corporate clients on refinancing, retiring, amending and/or restructuring their existing debt portfolios, and uses a suite of products to implement the strategies developed.

The team works directly with IB coverage, Financial Sponsors, Finance, Debt Capital Markets and Equity Capital Markets groups to pitch, structure and execute transactions across all categories of corporate debt (investment-grade, high yield and equity-linked). In addition, analysts gain broad exposure and detailed knowledge of tax, accounting and legal aspects of debt transactions and how these relate to corporate finance decisions. Projects generally involve one senior and one junior team member, offering significant responsibility and exposure.
