Merchandising Product Manager- Photo - Military Veterans

Job Description
CVS Health continues to grow! We have a great opportunity for a Product Manager in our Photo category. In this important role, you will be responsible for optimizing the opportunity within a dynamic, growing category. This role will be directly involved with the product development process, assisting in the operation and commercialization of CVS new photo products to make them highly visible, accessible, and appealing to CVS customers. This role will bring physical and digital opportunities together across several ongoing projects to ensure project delivery is on time and on budget.

Responsibilities include:

Managing the product development pipeline from concept to shelf

Responsible for working with our software partners and print to store partners to ensure timely rollout in-store

Monitor operational opportunities and communicate with team on ideas for improvement

Close collaboration with key stakeholders, cross-functional teams and suppliers

Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with key stakeholders

Required Qualifications
5+ years product development & retail merchandising experience

Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both colleagues and suppliers

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment

Master's degree in Business, Finance or related field

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field

Master's degree in Business, Finance or related field (preferred)
