Honeywell offers employees the opportunity to work on the world’s most exciting projects, transforming the cities we live in, the buildings where we work, and the vehicles that move us.We are currently seeking an Account Manager I to join our sales team in our Hong Kong office.  Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, your focus will be closing business on an ongoing basis to meet the booking objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

         Develop sales leads through prospecting and networking with partners and industry contacts 

         Maximize Honeywell’s market penetration and value capture in the building services business by developing opportunities through personal selling to target accounts and actively participating in sales capture teams on target projects

         Leverage opportunity for the sales team by building partnerships with vendors, consultants, integrators where these relationships can increase market penetration and expand the Honeywell offering

         Work with Management Team in establishing market trends, appropriate strategies and product development roadmaps including necessary tools and processes

         Deploy new business initiatives

OU MUST HAVE

  • Degree in Building Service / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline

WE VALUE

• Minimum 3-5 years solution sales experience in Building Service / Building Automation Business OR mechanical (HVAC) service business OR Fire Service business

• Proven track record in selling complex solutions

• Good Knowledge on automation & control applications

• Well developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment

• Good interpersonal and presentation skill

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese

• Self-motivated and have ability to work independently

• A good team player
