The In House technician is responsible for remanufacturing and/or repairing equipment designated by manager/lead to like new condition and insuring minimal out of box failures.
Disassemble and clean equipment
Replace a fixed parts set by model as defined by manager/lead
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair all problems with the equipment
Set correct water pressures
Test operation of completed dispenser to insure it is 100% operational
Box equipment for shipping upon completion if unit is to be shipped out of the region
Notify manager/lead of units that should be scrapped
Complete paperwork on time and accurately
Maintain an orderly and safe work area
Correctly and consistently utilizes equipment work orders to properly account for equipment.
Ensures service area is maintained in a clean, safe and organized manner
Ensures that parts are ordered in a timely manner to prevent shortages and overages
Maintain parts inventory and measured on inventory accuracy
Keeps manager and/or lead advised of any problems or potential problems
Follow all safety procedures including proper lifting techniques, PPE, Lock out, Tag out
·Education: Secondary school diploma or technical school certification required.
·Experience: Two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
·Technical: Electrical & plumbing experience
Ability to effectively communicate and willingness and commitment to first time fix and customer service excellence
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Demonstrated ability to learn.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Hours: M-F 6:00a-2:30p with the Possibly of switching to M-Th 4/10’s 6:00a-4:30p
