This is a temporary position of undetermined length.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the RTX in maintaining compliance to anti-corruption regulations through actively maintaining international agreements and associated records. As a member of the team, you will gain insights across corporate functions and business units while performing the following functions:
  • Perform tasks and follow procedures for creating, maintaining, and organizing electronic files and databases
  • Serve as point of contact in assisting International Business Development Partners (IBDPs)
  • Create recurring reports to enable Compliance Managers to oversee active IBDPs and inform businesses and corporate leadership
  • Provide legal support by preparing, reviewing, proofreading and revising documentation, presentations and templates
  • Assist with international travel arrangements, particularly security processes for higher risk countries, and help arrange internal and external meetings

Required Skills:

Knowledge of general business practices

The ideal candidate must be adept with the following tools:

All Microsoft Office products (In particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Adobe Professional

Desired Skills:

Prior experience drafting legal contracts and other documents.

Prior experience in supporting compliance organizations, including anti-corruption screening and due diligence procedures.
Minimum Education Required:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, English or Communications)
