We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to develop and support Cyber Security initiatives within Wells Fargo Information and Cyber Security. You will have an opportunity to solve complex issues by applying your knowledge of best development technologies and Cloud, Agile, and AI/Machine Learning transformations to Cyber technology problems. This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to really put their ‘footprint' and produce immediate impact.

The job responsibilities for the job include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify and provide recommendations to improve Information Security systems by studying current business practices/processes; designing modifications
  • Perform/lead problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
  • Conduct meetings, presentations and status reporting
  • Coach and guide teams in understanding cloud, agile and AI/Machine Learning principles and practices as they apply to Information Security
  • Partner with leaders, Scrum and Kanban teams and  other Agile Transformation Leaders, with the goal to achieve greater clarity and continuous improvement
  • Influence and lead without authority, including establishing and maintaining a viable network of peers and influencers to continually grow insights, solution transformation impediments, and cultivate advocates
  • Ensure alignment with all policy and regulatory matters including use of the Wells Fargo cloud/agile/AI framework
  • Understands the technical and business side to optimize credibility with teams and managers


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of information security applications and systems experience
  • 4+ years of information technology applications and systems experience
  • 5+ years of Agile experience
  • 5+ years of JIRA experience
  • 5+ years of information security experience
  • 4+ years of information technology experience



Desired Qualifications

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills



Other Desired Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with Enterprise Agile transformations
  • Strong desire to learn latest enhancements in technology
  • Experience partnering with platform and support teams
  • Experience in different Big Data eco system tools – Spark, SOLR, HBase, etc.
  • Experience with multiple data stores – SQL Server, Splunk, Oracle etc.
  • Prior experience introducing Agile in Fortune 500 / financial organization
  • Experience coaching and guiding teams in understanding cloud/agile/AI principles and practices
  • SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
  • Experience developing effective, and well-articulated, written and oral communications
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Skill in motivating and uplifting team members using teaching/mentoring skills
