Marketing Manager – CT

The selected candidate must be located within Connecticut and be able to report to the Wallingford, CT office.


Responsible for developing client-specific marketing strategies and ensuring the marketing strategy aligns with the enterprise-wide strategy. 

Primary duties to include but are not limited to: 

  • Translating insights into action, 
  • Building and executing tactical marketing plans; 
  • Partnering with other functional areas of Marketing (Segment, Centers of Excellence, etc.) to ensure alignment; 
  • Serving as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution for assigned clients. 
  • Meets regularly with assigned clients; strong presentation and communication skills required.
  • Leads development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans. 
  • Coordinates with public relations and senior leadership to support marketing initiatives. 
  • Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff. 


  • Requires BA/BS degree; 5 years of product marketing experience to include strategic marketing and planning execution or any combination of education and experience. Omni channel marketing experience preferred. 
  • Experience in marketing execution should include content development, working with creative teams developing marketing materials.
  • Previous leadership experience required, having participated in meetings and presentations to executive leadership.
  • Healthcare or managed care industry experience is required.
  • Experience with SalesForce or other systems such as Aprimo or WorkFront is required.
  • Experience working in tandem with other business units such as sales and account management teams is strongly preferred.
  • Travel between assigned states as needed could be as much as 20%.
