The Product Specialist 2nd Shift will be responsible for providing technical product support to patients for Zimmer Biomet's mymobility app running on Apple iPhones and Apple Watches. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Provide phone support and respond to product inquiries primarily from patients. Work with marketing management to maintain the competitive products library and update and maintain product information in Zimmer Biomet’s data systems.

Expected Areas of Competence

  • Strong technical knowledge of Apple iPhones and Apple Watches to support patients using Zimmer Biomet's mymobility app.
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in written form in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to earn aspects of medical device business including the science and products (Zimmer Biomet and competitors).

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; marketing emphasis preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of marketing and/or customer service experience required
  • Familiarity with Zimmer Biomet products, procedures, and promotions preferred

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 10%
