Where Do You Fit In?

We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as Snr Territory Manager – Electrical Products to be based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will be ultimately responsible for market development to deliver the quarterly and yearly financial plan as set and to maintain an adequate pipeline of approx. 3x the set annual plan. This pipeline should be effectively aligned, at all time, with our Partners (Distributors) throughout the assigned Territory and market coverage ensured through restructuring of partners in assigned territory.  You will drive sales and identify and generate opportunities for different kinds of customers for the overall EP business and lead the localization drive of the product portfolio in North Africa & Egypt.

You will foster Clients & Partners’ satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations. You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminar, and similar events. You will provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations. You will maintain and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will provide competitive intelligence and market trends. You will provide accurate forecast/demand input to Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) through perfect coordination and alignment with our Channel Partners’ Sales Teams.

·         Maintain and develop an effective and well-aligned cooperation with our Channel Partners

·         Grow your knowledge of Honeywell products in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction

What Skills and Experience Will You Have?

·         Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering

·         Previous proven Sales Management experience in a similar field.

·         Experienced Sales Manager in Project & Channel Management who has sold wiring devices / building management systems or any other related industrial based business.

·         An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction

·         An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships up to C- level.

·         Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and establish brands in new markets.

·         Proven track record on consultative selling skills and value selling.

·         Knowledge of and network of contacts within construction or electrical segments would be an advantage.

·         A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices

·         Excellent team and communication skills

·         An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction

·         An ability to influence across a broader organization

·         An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships

·         Significant experience in selling (electrical) products

·         Deep technical expertise

·         Understanding of the Honeywell value proposition as well as the competitive landscape
