As an Accounts Receivable Analyst II, you accelerate company growth by delivering actionable insights based on detailed data analysis and reporting while providing analytical expertise for delinquent accounts. You focus on implementing the operating practices for a Spectrum Enterprise business segment that is comprised of multi-site clients with complex services. You excel at working independently to compile data from multiple sources and data maintained within Spectrum Enterprises billing system.

You enhance revenue generation by presenting audits, findings and recommendations for senior leadership to leverage. You maximize departments across the organization by creating diverse types of deliverables, including customized reports and data file extractions and comprehensive data visualization and dashboards. You improve data quality through investigations and analyses to identify data quality issues and making recommendations to management based on the root cause diagnosis. You thrive in an office environment assisting multiple teams simultaneously. You report directly to the Supervisor of Enterprise Accounts Receivable for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
  • Encourage company-wide excellence by providing active and consistent support to all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience and attain revenue goals.
  • Achieve department goals by managing a group of accounts that generate up to $1.8M and $6B annually to the Spectrum Enterprise business segment.
  • Mitigate risks by managing confidential company and client business records and assisting other team members on policies, processes and tools.
  • Utilize detailed management of accounts to ensure monthly cash, accounts receivable and intercompany reconciliations are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Solve reconciliation issues by processing variance adjustments into client accounts.
  • Ensure revenue by setting up one time and recurring payment methods as requests are received.
  • Improve efficiency through the creation and maintenance of process documentation for all processes and procedures in the department.
  • Assist with client escalations and billing issues to resolve them within the department SLA and assign clients to the next level of resolution if the issue cant be solved quickly.
  • Garner client approval for resolutions by accurately completing new vendor forms and ACH setup.
  • Monitor and resolve unapplied payments through the use of all available systems and resources.
  • Make sure every payment can be tracked and recorded by performing interdivisional transfers following company accounts receivable processes.
  • Maximize the accounts receivable process by training new Accounts Receivable Analyst I team members.
  • Remain current on products, procedures and changes in the order entry process to accurately review and resolve cases received by email and from Salesforce within the required service level agreement (SLA).
  • Collaborate with other departments to address client issues and questions efficiently.
  • Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.
Required keys for success:
  • One year of commercial billing platform experience using Custom Call and T3.
  • One or more years of accounts receivable experience.
  • One or more years of experience with Salesforce.
  • Two or more years of client relationship management experience.
  • Two or more years of commercial billing platform experience using ICOMS and CSG.
  • Two or more years of project management experience.
  • Two or more years of data analysis experience.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel.
  • Versed in analyzing data and complex information.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated that thrives working independently.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment, initiative and sense of urgency to accomplish job duties.
  • Proven prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Interpersonal communication skills with a diplomatic approach, confidence and comfort around peers and leadership teams.
  • History of translating and communicating conclusions in a clear and easy to understand format.
  • Track record of organizing time, projects and work independently.
  • Knowledge of sales and client relationship management (CRM) tools, billing systems and other related software.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
  • Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of the organization.

  • Data analysis and reporting experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to create formulas, subtotals, VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • History of effective data management and data manipulation using Excel spreadsheets with large data sets.
  • Track record of researching, analyzing, and reconciling statistical data to effectively communicate exceptions and trends.
Your education:
  • Bachelors degree in business with an emphasis in accounting or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
