Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA

NCR is seeking an experienced, driven Digital Marketing Manager to join the NCR Corporate Marketing and Public Affairs team. This is a dynamic role that will report directly to the head of NCR's Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Content teams. They will serve as a trusted partner and advisor to NCR's sales and marketing team members to help understand and uncover program goals, target personas, and buyer needs, and marry this information with best-practice digital and campaign strategies to ensure that we meet these prospects and customers in a consistent, relevant and meaningful manner at all stages of the campaign lifecycle.

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Collaborate with sales and Field Marketing to uncover business goals and establish correlating campaign/program strategies (ABM, demand gen, etc.)
  • Manage a cross-functional team responsible for executing all digital aspects of a campaign/program, including marketing automation and paid media
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders to manage and ensure consistency in integrated marketing campaigns/programs
  • Be an expert in NCR's Martech stack to help guide the strategy and use of our tools across campaigns and programs, and raise the business case for new tools needed
  • Collaborate with the content, Field, ops, and sales team to ensure alignment on goals and execution
  • Lead the a/b testing and optimization strategy across digital platforms
  • Establish best-practice dashboards, KPI's and measurements, ensuring that all data gathered is insightful and can be acted upon
  • Manage digital agency relations, ensure alignment on roles/responsibilities, goals, and expectations

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years ofdigital marketing and project management experience
  • Experience managing and leading digital marketing program strategy across multiple teams
  • High level of familiarity with Digital tools required (Marketo, DOMO, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Google Datastudio, etc.)
  • Experience leading paid media strategy on social, Google search and display, and programmatic platforms
  • Experience managing marketing agencies and building alignment between cross-functional teams
  • Always curious and on the cutting-edge of digital marketing strategy and tools. Aware of industry trends and best practices
  • Data-driven, able to review, manipulate and gain insight from data
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail & ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
