The Sales Account Executive develops and executes strategic sales plans for strong national accounts customer relationships, revenue growth and achievement of financial objectives.

Meets assigned sales and profitability objectives and seeks opportunities for profitable growth within the Employer market segment.
Acts as strategic business partner to customers to optimize the positioning of HDMS' products and services and to attain profitability and membership objectives.
Draws from entire spectrum of product line and seeks opportunities to execute cross-sell strategies and add other lines of business.
Works collaboratively within HDMS and across business functions to ensure customer needs are understood and key issues are addressed.
Thoroughly analyzes and reviews reports and utilization in order to consult with customers, implement appropriate interventions and drive mutually beneficial outcomes for the customer and HDMS.
Analyzes and reviews reports/data and utilization to assist the customers in understanding key drivers of benefits cost.
Coordinates resources to ensure a successful case installation of new products and services.

Required Qualifications
4+ years of healthcare sales or software sales experience
Proven experience with prospecting new business, full-life cycle sales experience
Strong negotiation experience
Excellent client relationship and business acumen skills
Able to present information to clients via WebEx

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of data analytic reporting tools is preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
