Requisition Number: S_200573 Department: Animal Science-0830 Description of Work: Responsible for long term and day-today scheduling of research projects. Research projects are critical to the existence and advancement of the research program in dairy nutrition and support the extension program in dairy nutrition. Oversee data collection, data entry and summarization of data to principle investigators. Responsible for written or verbal presentation and discussion of research to research sponsors. Individual will ensure that all experiments are carried out to accordance to standards set by the Animal Care and Use committee. Minimum Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in animal science, laboratory science, animal health technology, or related field, plus three years laboratory or related experience required. Skill in basic data collection, analysis and report writing required. The ability to provide precision accuracy and attention to detail essential. Technical knowledge and ability necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of computer ration balancing software (i.e. CPM -Dairy), working knowledge of statistical computer software (i.e. R, minitab, SAS ) preferred.
