What you will do

Join our team as a Project Manager for one or more Agile teams that develop the next generation of Building Automation System products. We develop products such as the Metasys Building Automation System (BAS) to help our global customers (e.g., hospitals, universities, iconic skyscrapers) manage their building energy efficiency.

How you will do it
  • Under general direction, work in conjunction with your team(s) to plan, execute, measure, and improve their work.
  • The Project Manager has primary responsibility for monitoring and maintaining team health to maximize their ability to estimate, commit, execute, and deliver.
  • Requires deep knowledge of Scrum techniques and the ability to effectively apply them with your teams as they plan and encounter challenges.
  • The responsibilities include Scrum Master for individual teams, and the ability to plan and coordinate across multiple teams to deliver a release.

What we look for

Required:
  • Prior experience with the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with your teams
  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of Product Development experience in BAS and/or related complex technical product development.
  • Prior experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master strongly desired. Strong technical leadership for a product development team may be acceptable alternate.
  • Prior experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or equivalent method for managing a product release with multiple Scrum teams contributing.
Preferred:
  • Formal training in the areas of Scrum/Agile, Scrum Master, Product Owner strongly desired.
  • Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams such as literature, training, manufacturing, and deployment
  • Experienced with interfacing with geographically diverse teams and new technologies
