Job Description:
Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Site Manager who will manage operations and maintenance personnel supporting Digital Air/Ground Integration Range (DAGIR) located at Orchard Range, ID. Support day to day activities of employees and provide technical assistance as needed to ensure program results at Orchard Range, ID. DAGIR will be a new fielding to Orchard Range (Range 10) complex. The site manager will be responsible for Phase In activities at the site level which consist of the following:

  • Hiring process ___ Ramp up
  • New Equipment Training (NET) ensuring the team is properly trained to complete the scope of their tasks
  • Government Acceptance test
  • Inventory /Validation
  • Initial Operating Capability
  • Full Operating Capability
The Site Lead will maintain processes that leverage across the platform to surge personnel to other ranges as training is needed. The Site Lead will participate in technical meetings, engaged in local customer requirements/concerns and other ATMP flow downs. The Site Lead will interface with the local installations designated Government Representative to coordinate pre-exercise coordination, range proofing operations, training, exercise and test schedules with maintenance activities, and resolve problems on the devices or at the site. The Site Lead ensures that maintenance data and range log information is entered in AWARE Management Information System (MIS) on a daily basis. The Site Lead maintains existing exportable training support packages that integrates training products, materials and other pertinent information necessary to train the system.

Required Skills:
  • Experience of Maintenance and Operations associated with DRTS platform
  • Effective task management skills
  • Working with internal/external customers and all levels of the organization
  • Good Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with teams cross functionally at all levels, customers and technicians
  • Ability to work in fast pace demanding environment
  • Travel is necessary 50% of the time to other DRTS locations to perform the same operations and maintenance functions on the supported range, when surge support is directed
Desired Skills:
  • ATMP/ Warfighter experience desired
  • Experience and understanding of Government contracts process & procedures

Required Education:
  • Bachelor___s degree in Business Administration or related field; Eight (8) years of related experience can be considered in lieu of degree completion. May substitute experience for education.

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
