This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining enterprise wide execution strategies and plans for the Vectrus’ global presence in various regions, clients, contracts, products, operations, vendors and systems. The responsibilities include creating strategic roadmap, implementing solutions and plan, monitoring of all related activities and transition to a premier organization.


  • Lead enterprise wide efforts (i.e. Enterprise Vectrus) at the workstream, department or program level.
  • Create strategic roadmap within allotted timeframe
  • Drive progress and develop reporting dashboards for program and key stakeholder review
  • Establish sound relationships that facilitate constructive problem solving and innovative solutions with lines of business, support departments and other program teams.
  • Create Work Breakdown Strategy (WBS) and ensure full identification of risks, issues, dependencies
  • Streamline and track action plans in the workstream, department or program from Americas and/or Global perspective.
  • Coordinate with supporting teams where necessary on aligning solutions enterprise-wide and ensuring sustainability
  • Represent Workstreams for current enterprise wide program
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Play a critical role as a central contact for certain work streams and industry forums and keep all stakeholders updated on progress constantly.
  • Proactively support the Program Lead to create tactical & strategic solutions in partnership with business and all related support departments
  • Review and challenge solutions and plans to ensure readiness with sufficient controls, processes and resources in place
  • Foster group-wide co-operation, co-ordination and communication between the business lines, entities and support groups
  • Ensures compliance with applicable Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) policies and procedures

  • Minimum Qualifications
    • B.A. or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, IT or similar related to activities. One year of experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
    • PMP or related certification.
  • Experience
    • Ten (10+) years' of experience of leading organization and project.
    • Ten (10+ ) years' of experience in Marketing, Communications, and/or IT environment.
    • Background working on a Government program a plus
    • Ability to effectively and accurately manage large volumes of complex tasks
    • Extensive knowledge and experience in a service industry
    • Extensive working related knowledge and understanding of laws, regulations and processes
    • Strong leadership and effective communications with both internal and external customers

  • Travel
    • Some travel required.
  • Supervisory/Budget Responsibilities
    • Manages miscellaneous expenditure budget. May manage staff based on project needs and expectations. Work with and sometimes direct managers and staff in fulfilling obligations as required by executive staff in accomplishing tasks.
