Be part of a team that executes testing & designs and develops test procedures and standards for highly complex products. You will participate in the development and certification of Engine/Fuel Control and Auxiliary Power products and applications.

Key Responsibilities

·         Circuit troubleshooting down to component level

·         Some solder and mechanical assembly

·         Create new methods, techniques, and processes

·         Perform testing per Engineering direction

·         Provide Customer support

·         Laboratory Documentation


  • High School Diploma or GED
  •  Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or similar, OR 5 years of experience in the field
  • Must be U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements


  • Practical experience working with engineering equipment in a Research and Development environment
  • Ability to find effective solutions based on root causes and apply six sigma procedures
  • Sound technical judgment and opinions
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with other individuals in a team or project setting
  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
  • Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity; balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
  • Some software development experience
  • Some solder and mechanical assembly experience
  • Circuit troubleshooting down to the component level
