Leader within the Corporate Functional Finance team, focused on the FINANCE function and ownership of the related P&L, supporting the SVP CFO and his direct reports including Controllership, BAP, Audit, Tax, etc. Create increased visibility into operational strategy and performance with the goal of driving speed, quality and cost efficiency. You will be the primary financial lead for your Functional team and collaborate and drive the Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Forecast processes, as well as coordinating headcount reporting with the functional HR focal. You will also oversee the Functional spending across Honeywell and ensure cost plans are executed.
Establish clear, consistent reporting and operating processes - ensuring accurate and timely data availability and insightful, thorough analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Act as business partner to demonstrate insight of financial trends, productivity, and provide practical recommendations to drive results.
  • Identify performance issues within the business and risks and opportunities in current plan or forecast.
  • Leverage digital tools to drive consistency, efficiency, a functional self-service

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
