Senior HR Associate - Benefits Administration

Job Description:

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Senior HR Associate is a critical member of the EMEA HR Solutions Center team, which is a first point of contact for all HR related inquiries, assisting employees with general HR questions and managers with employee lifecycle administration, including benefits administration. Provides scalable administration of regional HR programs and specialized solutions. In this role you will be responsible for Benefits Administration area across EMEA region.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Answer benefits related questions for both managers and employees from EMEA region, and escalate as appropriate

  • Provide end to end benefits administration in timely manner

  • Deliver benefits administration across EMEA region to support and cooperate with Payroll, Finance, Compensation & Benefits and HR Business Partners

  • Liaise with external parties and vendors, manage ongoing communication and execute all process steps

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities across benefits administration processes

  • Create and define process improvements, focusing on its standardization

  • Coordinate and participate in different transition projects

  • Create process documentation (such as SOPs, process maps, manuals etc.)

  • Act as an escalation point of contact for benefits administration issues

WHO YOU ARE?

  • You already have 2-3 years of professional experience within HR operations/Benefits Administration area (experience in Shared Service Centre is a plus)

  • You are fluent in English (C1/C2 level). Knowledge of French (B2/C1 level) or German (B2/C1 level) will be a huge asset

  • You know how to focus on details and deliver high quality results

  • You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in dynamic environment

  • You are able to communicate with all employees on professional level

  • You are innovative and process oriented person, willing to implement plenty of automation within HR administration processes

  • Your knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow will be a great plus
