Our client is looking for a Residential Construction Project Manager for projects in the Northern Virginia/D.C. Metro area. This individual is ultimately accountable for the completion and profitability of multiple build and remodeling projects.

This individual will be a representative of the organization who manages the construction team that delivers quality projects on budget, on time and with a high level of customer satisfaction from groundbreaking through job closing.

In this role you will have a strong working relationship with the Sales and Design Teams.

General responsibilities:

- Production Crew Leader responsible for supervision and training of production employees

- Communicate with the client to ensure high level of customer satisfaction

- Manage vendor/subcontractor relationships and oversee performance

- Ultimate accountability for jobsite safety, cleanliness, security, and protection from damage during construction

- Leading preconstruction meeting with client and team

- Attending regular Weekly Project Meetings with Project Leaders

- Leading weekly site meetings with the client

- Attending weekly Production Meeting

- Writing weekly status updates

- Managing team, including 2-3 weekly site visits, reviewing construction issues, training C on best practices, managing photo documentation

- Write all change orders

- Managing to and updating the schedule

- Managing accounting issues including percent completes, back charges, sub/vendor payment approvals, client invoices/payment, release of liens

- Strong Finish

- Managing in house walk through

- Completing final walk through with client

- Chief point of contact for all client/vendor issues throughout Construction and Strong Finish
