Accenture Advanced Technology center is looking for technology enthusiasts ready for a challenging IT career and focus on application development, systems administration work, and software maintenance providing practical programming and technology implementation for business.

You could have the opportunity to help clients develop applications with a cloud-first, digital- first mindset, generate the next wave of innovative technology in our state-of-the-art Accenture Labs, and provide end-to-end service and project delivery across all our Accenture Delivery Center engagements using rapid development principles such as Agile and DevOps to make software faster, flexible and more liquid.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Work in client facing positions such as Project manager, Delivery lead, Scrum Master or Agile Coach

Drive medium or large system integration or software development projects using waterfall or Agile methodologies

Lead project teams of 10-20 people

Plan, track, report and execute projects

Keep contact with client, manage issues and escalations

Mobilize and manage project team, motivate team members

Lead client people and various external vendors

Report project progress to senior manager level

WHAT DO WE EXPECT:

5-6 years of experience in driving IT delivery projects with e2e responsibility

Delivery experience in software development or system integration projects

Experience in handling project budget and reporting to senior management level

Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

University Degree in the field of economics, finance, logistics or technology

Fluency in English and in Hungarian (both written and oral)

Desire to work for a major IT consultancy firm, in a multi-disciplinary team

Able to demonstrate excellent ownership, communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in team, experience in client facing environment
