We are seeking an entry-level Structural Technician with a high school diploma or GED equivalent. In this challenging, fast-paced environment, you'll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience to perform modifications and alterations to aircraft to support the design and creation of the most groundbreaking aerospace and defense technologies - those that exist today and those that will shape tomorrow. What to look forward to: As an Structural Technician, you will be using your skills and expertise to perform variety of our operations procedures to assemble and/or create major assembly structures and minor part-fitting operations. You'll be responsible for modifying incomplete and complete assemblies and incorporating the changes into the structure, monitoring and verifying quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures, and performing various maintenance duties.

Must-haves:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
    • A higher level degree may substitute for experience
    • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Possess a high degree of technical competency
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical schematics and diagrams, especially electrical

Preferred:

  • Experience in the aerospace and defense  industry
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
