Senior Digital Marketing Analyst

Job Description Summary

You’ll join the team at a critical moment as we are building a powerful marketing & sales tech stack with the goal of providing agency-like service to global internal stakeholders, best-in-class resources for our employees, and actionable data to achieve organizational goals.

You’ll be a key member of the team, mining data for actionable insights, providing strategic understanding and tactical input to inform and improve digital marketing efforts tied to business outcomes.

The marketing environment is fast-paced, and it requires you to multitask. You are expected to work individually as well as within a team, which requires daily communication and exchanges, and also back-up your marketing colleagues in order to ensure flawless support to various team members.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support digital team efforts to provide data driven solutions to stakeholders – including reporting, analysis, and insights – with the objective of optimizing the performance of digital marketing initiatives
  • Speak to business questions by sourcing data across disparate repositories, conducting replicable analyses, and developing actionable insights
  • Assist in preparation of presentations for different levels of audience, providing direction to Marketing, Sales, and Leadership
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Cushman & Wakefield MarTech platforms, integrations, and processes
  • Work collaboratively to leverage data and insights to drive efficiency and effectiveness across process and technologies
  • Maintain a relationship across all functions within the marketing team and ensure data connectivity between marketing and sales activities
  • Ensure marketing measurement and tracking requirements are met globally (avoid creating data gaps and silos) while moving requests efficiently through internal channels
  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency in the marketing organization’s reporting efforts
  • Educate/train less digitally-savvy colleagues on how to confidently and accurately use the reports and systems/applications available to them
  • Stay current on current industry trends, developments in methodologies and technologies
  • Document steps and practices for future references, as well as for back-up purposes
  • Support internal projects and tasks aligned to campaigns and pipeline development

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of relatable experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Experience writing SQL queries to manipulate large data sets, mining data for insights that can be used to make business decisions
  • Experience defining and implementing digital marketing measurement strategies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including data visualization skills with best in class business intelligence platforms (PowerBI, Tableau, Google Analytics, and/or Datorama preferred)
  • Ability to manage & prioritize multiple global stakeholders to ensure business needs are met
  • Strong knowledge of the digital marketing data and technology stack such as: Sitecore, Pardot, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
