Management Consulting professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients.
The Management Consulting Manager designs and implements business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
+ Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
+ Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.
+ Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
+ Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.
+ Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
+ Minimum of 4-5 years of combined finance and management consulting experience. Experience must include:
+ Solid understanding of the Finance function, operating models and supporting organization structures, and process best practices
+ Working knowledge of Finance technologies. This may include, but not limited to financial close & consolidations, data, planning, budgeting, analytics, reporting and enabling technologies.
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ ERP technology understanding (SAP / Oracle / Workday)
+ Finance and Performance Analytics Enabling Technologies (Board, OneStream, Anaplan, SAP SAC, SAP BPC, SAP Group Reporting, Oracle Hyperion, Oracle EPM Cloud, Workday - Adaptive Insights
+ Solid project management experience including: defining scope, setting project timelines and milestone, driving deliverables, identifying risks, managing issues, and client relationship management
+ Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with clients, lead key requirement workshops, document and understand requirements
+ Strong competence in developing executive level presentations required (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel))
