The Linen Distribution Aide is responsible for ordering, sorting, and delivering laundry items in a safe and cost-effective manner according to Aultman Alliance Community Hospital standards, policies and procedures. Must be able to learn duties of position, accomplish tasks working alone, communicate professionally with customers and Director, and to accept new ideas.
EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must be computer literate to complete task(s) as required. Such as Meditech (Hospital support software), Halogen (performance appraisal system), Relias (education system), ability to retrieve e-mail, complete online enrollment for health insurance/benefits and any other programs as assigned.
