Team Leader, Technical Production

About the role

As a Team Leader you will directly manage the team of 10-15 Operators, responsible for programming semiconductor devices. You will be focusing on the quality of customer's orders fulfillment and ensuring that requested delivery quantities are achieved while keeping deadlines in mind.

What will you do?

  • Lead shift meetings, assign tasks to the team, and eventually prepare end of shift for hand over

  • Monitor and audit operator's performance to assure adherence to quality instructions

  • Plan people, production, and orders to ensure efficient operation

  • Generate production data and maintain visual performance indicators

  • Take on duties of a Programming Center Supervisor in their absence

  • Support production when needed and process customer orders

  • Train and develop operators to ensure maximum productivity

  • Plan and manage maintenance to prevent failure

Who you are?

  • You already have at least 3 years of experience at similar position in production or logistics

  • You are able to work in shifts (Early and Late shifts, might be also Night shift)

  • You are fluent in English (any other language will be an advantage)

  • You have at least MBO level education

  • You are proficient user of Microsoft Office package

  • You are flexible, quality-focused, accurate, and stress-resistant

  • You are not afraid to get your hands dirty while working alongside your team, and you can set priorities when needed
