The Honeywell Field Representative is responsible for driving field activities including contractor registrations and customer support for a variety of energy efficiency programs, working with a team based in Richmond, VA. Our team members work in a dynamic fast paced environment and are supportive, proactive and committed to achieving team goals. Successful candidate will be required to pass a company background check and a separate client required background prior to the start date.  We have 5 total positions open for this role.  These roles will require travel throughout assigned market.  Travel reimbursement or vehicle provided, as well as company phone and laptop.  


• Manage the relationship with trade allies (HVAC and Home Performance contractors) who perform highly technical services for residential and commercial customers to ensure compliance with processes and high level of technical quality to end user customer.
• Ensure that participating customers receive the highest energy savings possible from participating in the program, often by working with multiple trade allies to install energy efficiency measures.
• Travel across the client’s service territory in Virginia for ongoing support of customers and contractors
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations; coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.


• Associates or Bachelor’s degree, or min of 1 year of experience in the field 
• Min of 1 year of experience working in Business-to-Business Sales, or a min of 1 year of experience in the field
• Valid Driver’s License 


• Some experience in the field of HVAC and/or Home Performance contracting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction 
• Proven ability to interact effectively with trade allies and key customer decision-makers
• Excellent communication skills 
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
