Eaton’s Industries division is currently seeking a Manufacturing
Engineer Sr. to join our team. This position is based
at our Reynosa facility.
The Manufacturing Engineer Sr. is responsible
for developing and Maintenance of manufacturing processes
in compliance with safety, quality, lean manufacturing and customer
specific requirements standards.

Some activities related with the position will
be:
+ Develops, updates and uses safety, quality
and lean manufacturing standards.
+ Revises and updates process documentation
(PFMEA, PFD, WI, etc) BOC aligned to Eaton standard.
+ Responsible of
Monitoring and analyzing process performance (OEE, FTQ, Scrap)
+ Leads process improvement projects applying
ELSS tools.
+ Responsible of
Headcount analysis and equipment
use based on customer demand
+ Cost out projects Execution
+ BOM’s and
ERP Routings updating
+ Leads Process change management using Change
process (MCO)
+ Designs and improves assembly tools and process
testing.
+ Responsible
to apply and
documentation of Lessons
learn
+ IATF
16944, OSHA, ISO Compliance
+ Supports Plant
initiatives (RIE’s Cost out,
EBS Pull)

Qualifications
Required
(Basic) Qualifications:
+ Mechanical, Electrical, or similar Engineering
degree
+ Minimum 3 years’ experience as Manufacturing
Engineer
+ Experience on automotive manufacturing company
as required
+ Problem
Solving
+ Lean
Tools
+ Six Sigma/Black Belt
+ Manufacturing
Systems Development
+ Automotive
Requirements knowledge and core

+ ERP
+ PM Knowledge
+ AutoCAD and
Solid Works
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish
