Overview
Job Summary: The RN is responsible for provision of nursing care in the patient's home setting by using assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation techniques in accordance with the NC BON and CarePartners policies and procedures. They will demonstrate sensitivity to needs of culturally diverse populations by providing appropriate sound judgement in a professional manner in order to coordinate and supervise patient care.
Required Education:Diploma in Nursing, Associate's Degree in Nursing, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Required License:Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Compact license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON; BCLS. Valid Driver's License.
Preferred License:National certification in area
Required Experience:One year acute care experience
