**Purpose of Role:**

The Senior Manager of Loyalty and CRM Marketing will work with Customer Relationship Marketing leadership to help conceive and curate marketing strategies that capitalize on growth opportunities with prioritized customer segments by leveraging consumer insights, understanding the competitive landscape and working closely with cross-functional teams focused on Pro and DIY Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations to drive the overall strategic success of Lowe\'s. The position will report to the VP or Director of Loyalty and CRM Marketing and will be closely aligned with critical functional business partners to fully realize (from curation to execution) the go-to-market initiatives across the marketing calendar that will drive brand engagement and achieve the company\'s overall business KPIs. The purpose of this position is to drive the development of a Loyalty and CRM strategy – and implement across the enterprise. This position will work with senior business leaders to articulate capability gaps in leveraging customer interactions and data and technology, then identify solutions to fill those gaps, enabling long term relationships that drive acquisition, retention, and growth. Capability gaps could be and are not limited to technology and data infrastructure, operating processes and marketing execution.

In addition to driving the Loyalty and CRM strategy, this position will be accountable for working cross-functionally and with partners within Marketing on a daily basis to execute tactics and campaigns that deliver value to the consumer.

The Senior Manager of Loyalty and CRM Marketing will run larger agile brand marketing teams across an assigned strategic brand pillar and will also serve as a category subject matter expert to an assigned business area helping to integrate category expertise across all pillars of the brand strategy and serving as a single point of contact for key leaders within merchandising and/or operations organizations.

**Responsibility Statements:**

+ Leads CRM managers and Loyalty Analyst to build and execute cross-channel strategies that promote acquisition, engagement and retention.

+ Create and test rewards across multiple channels to create offerings that drives traffic to online or in-store conversions; based on loyalty roadmap, developing programs that create growth supported by fact-based business cases in partnership with Merchandising and/or operations

+ Partner with business stakeholders to create, design and drive the Loyalty and CRM strategy and roadmap.

+ Align CRM strategy and roadmap to business objectives, and identify data and technology gaps to implementing CRM.

+ Partner with cross-functional teams and merchants to develop growth opportunities and associated marketing support

+ Develop and structure a focused loyalty strategy and integrate across the enterprise.

+ Analyze, monitor and report on the impact of programs against goals and objectives both quarterly and annually

+ Works closely with project management team, marketing operations team, media and brand engagement teams to operationalize and execute the work

**Required Education/Experience:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing or relevant field

+ 4+ years of experience in loyalty marketing or acquisition marketing leadership experience for consumer brands or retailer

+ 4+ years of experience in customer relationship management or related experience

+ 3+ years of experience with writing strategic briefs and working cross functionally and leading brand marketing or integrated teams

**Preferred Education/Experience:**

+ 2+ years of experience with leading brand or category work at a retailer or CPG company
