+ Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

+ Job Requirements :
+ Key Responsibilities : 1. Provide Tier 2 Network Operations support during operational incidents 2. Maintains current network infrastructure and leverages the manufacturer for advanced support 3. Maintains high network availability for redundancy and resilience 4. Understands, accounts and manages peak load events 5. Follows Standard Operating Procedures SOPs for operational efficiency 6. Optimizes, implements and monitors network performance 7. Maintains and reacts to Enterprise grade network monitoring system
+ Technical Experience : 1. Knowledge of TCP or IP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS and L2 technologies 2. Knowledge of Nexus 7K, 5K, 3K and 2K Data Center Switches 3. Proficient at troubleshooting L2 or L3 issues for LAN, WAN and WLAN 4. Hands on experience with WAN technologies 5. Review and audit router ACLs for user access 6. Manages the wireless infrastructure, from implementation and optimization to daily operational support
+ Professional Attributes : 1. Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization 2. Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision 3. Should be open to work in shifts.
