+ Job Requirements :

+ Key Responsibilities : 1 Perform day today management of global devices and synthetic transactions monitoring the monitors2 Troubleshoot and resolve synthetic transactions on client workstations 3 Perform daily support for any monitoring related queries 4 Incident and request ticket handling as well as follow ups on all monitoring aspects 5 Queue coordinator whenever required for the GS Enterprise Management queue 6 Handle AVP or IVP on all monitoring infrastructure based on patches

+ Technical Experience : 1. Preferably skilled in SolarWinds WPM and CA products such as CA UIM, CA Spectrum, CA SOI, CA APM2. Knowledge on implementing or supporting any monitoring tools would be an advantage. 3. Good knowledge on Wintel or Unix or Linux technology4. Windows and or Unix scripting skills to aid in automation of tasks.

+ Professional Attributes : 1. Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization 2. Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision 3. Should be open to work in shifts.

+ Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree
