B. Verifica o funcionamento da máquina, dispositivos e o ferramental;

C. Observa e segue as instruções dos desenhos e roteiros de peças a serem usinadas;

D. Prepara e opera torno de controle numérico já programado. Regula o torno junto com o programador para trabalhos em série;

E. Coloca o programa da peça na memória da máquina e as ferramentas para a execução das operações;

F. Prepara a primeira peça pronta e leva ao controle de qualidade, para efetuar a aferição da mesma. A peça estando dentro das especificações, abre a produção no terminal e segue as operações até o final do lote;

G. Realiza operações e trocas de peças, desbastes, acabamentos, internos e externos, faces, chanfros, canaletas e raios;

H. Controla o painel de comando, executa pequenas correções de referências, liga e desliga, determina a velocidade e refrigeração e observa tolerâncias mínimas;

I. Confere as medidas das peças, através de instrumentos de medição como: relógios comparadores, réguas, súbitos, paquímetros, dispositivos, entre outros, conforme especificado no roteiro;

J. Auxilia na limpeza das máquinas e organização do setor;

K. Executa outras tarefas do setor, sempre que necessárias, a critério de seu superior hierárquico;

L. Participar do Programa 10 minutos diários de Segurança, Qualidade, Ginástica Laboral e demais atividades do Mesh como: SIPAT, Semana do Meio Ambiente, Campanhas de Segurança, etc..

M. Conhecer e cumprir o código de Ética da Eaton;

N. Todas as atividades acima descritas devem ser acompanhadas pelo padrinho.
