HR Business Partner
This position is a key member of the Plant HR team in Gyor Hungary, having direct accountability to the Site Human Resource Manager.
Primary functions include:
+ Supporting the Site HR Manager, the Plant Manager and the Leadership Team regarding all Human Resource activities at the Plant, both on strategic and operational levels
+ Contributing to the achievement of overall business objectives through the deployment of effective HR strategy, programs, practices, policies and tools
+ Driving communication, organizational development and effectiveness, talent management and development, hiring, retention, succession planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, diversity, wellbeing, legal compliance.
Your key deliverables:
+ Wellness champion role. Coordinate the Wellness program pillars. Organize Wellness related events, and hold Wellness related meeting, presentations
+ Support organizational development, engagement, change management projects and activities
+ Design and deploy site related processes, policies
+ Provide advice regarding succession planning, talent development and performance management
+ Ensure legal and audit compliance within the area
+ Support the EHS, Quality and other relevant audits at the Gyor site
Contribute to the HR initiatives and Projects
+ Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports
+ Proper partner relationship management with stakeholders, key parties in the HR processes and Corporate responsible parties
+ Take lead and collaborate with the HR Manager on the vision & HR strategy
+ Partner with the HR Manager in Organization Design & Development
+ Represent the site HR in external/internal events
+ Analyse business requirements, assess alternative solutions, design, develop and implement new HR ways of working for the Plant
+ Collaborate with the site employees, aiming at a high degree of customer service
+ Work in partnership with business on business requirements, processes, and systems
+ Promote the continuous improvement culture, by proactively offering suggestions related to her/his work, aiming for zero defect.
+ Educated at Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution?
+ Coming with a senior level (at least 5 years) of professional HR experience gained in a multinational company?
+ Possessing working knowledge of Hungarian employment/labor legislation?
+ Strong with managing employee relations, with proven ability to successfully drive change and leadership ownership/accountability?
+ Knowledgeable in areas such as: Assessment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Wellness, Inclusion & Diversity, Matrix Organization?
+ Having a demonstrated HR strategic business partner success in organizational development?
+ Committed to employee engagement and continuous improvement?
+ Possessing coaching/facilitation/conflict management skills?
+ Able to build organizational capability and effectively communicate ideas/thoughts to all levels of the organization?
+ Good at analyzing data?
+ Fluent in Hungarian and English?
