We have been investing in resources and creating new opportunities within the organization, therefore we have current opening for a Regional Sales Director based in Toronto, Canada.

We're looking for a Regional Sales Director to manage, grow, and further develop regional sales team for Crestron's Canadian market. In this role, you'll coach and lead Regional Sales Managers to optimize sales results for our dealer-channel, enterprise and education clientele. This role will report into our Vice President, Central Sales and the territory encompasses all of Canada.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate and foster the Crestron culture of individual responsibility and accountability, take ownership of revenue targets and forge a strategic plan of action to exceed this goal.   • Build, coach and manage Canadian sales team, differentiating Channel sales efforts and indirect sales efforts
  • Ensure that your team executes the requirements expected of all sales professionals in Crestron.
  • Leverage market data, and Crestron tools and resources to develop overarching sales strategy
  • Responsible for directly calling on Top Customers / manage VIR performance in your region
  • Cultivating and managing deep relationships with executive level clients
  • Along with a strong sales and/or technical background, the candidate will be essential in developing accounts and selling project-based, hardware and/or software systems solutions by training and education onsite and at CTI
  • Minimum 3 years of Audio Visual or Technical industry experience in a Sales Leadership capacity
  • Experience developing growth strategy and vision for significant geographic sales territory/region
  • Experience building, developing sales team and sales support personnel
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or leading CRM like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers, partners, consultants, and engineers
  • Technical/AV integration acumen - a working knowledge of Crestron's products, software strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of procurement policies, information technology infrastructure and facilities management within a large organization will be important as you will be demonstrating our products to potential clients
  • College/University degree - preferred
