Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and one year of professional experience in a position related to DEI initiatives is required. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: multicultural affairs, diversity and/or social justice education, community organizing, event planning, intercultural education, training and academic programming. Candidate must have the ability to promote an inclusive and equitable environment for all students, faculty and staff; in particular with diverse student populations on the basis of ability, age, gender identity, nationality, race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, veteran status, political ideology and other social identities.
