The Operations & Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (OSCLDP) internship will put you amid a transformation that is sweeping across RTX Operations and Supply Chain. You will engage people, strategize and deploy initiatives using your diverse skills and competencies to meet extraordinary business and career challenges. Our commitment to our OSCLDP interns is to provide front-line, hands-on, meaningful assignments designed to stretch your capabilities and enhance your learning.__ You will build a well-rounded platform on which to develop and exciting career in operations and supply chain.

This internship will be working in our RTX Corporate Operations & Supply Chain organization.

The role will support cross-functional teams covering multiple business units in aspects of RTX Corporate Operations and Supply Chain.__ The RTX Corporate Ops and Supply Chain organization supports product and non-product supply chain sourcing,__Industry 4.0 Operating System, Quality and compliance, EH&S, Strategy and Cost Management,__as well__as other strategic initiatives. The cross-functional team is comprised of key individuals from Corporate and within each RTX Business unit and this role will work in a matrixed organization.______ Measures of success include synergy and cost-savings initiatives, standard work development and improvements and leadership and support of strategic initiatives.

Other key initiatives for the internship:

  • Support the continued deployment of our continuous improvement operating system, across our offices,__factories and beyond.__ This includes taking continuous improvement courses in our learning systems.
  • Learn the core concepts of our business processes and apply continuous improvement and lean principles
  • Develop a cross-business, cross-functional network that will expand as your career grows - Receiving mentoring & guidance from current OSCLDPs and RTX Operations and Supply Chain Leaders
